Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?
No limits. Add as many requests as you'd like to your queue. We work through them one at a time, ensuring quality and consistent delivery, while you manage priorities on your board.
How does the pause feature work?
If you don’t have enough ongoing work to use a full month, you can pause anytime. Billing is based on a 31-day cycle—so if you use 15 days and pause, you still have 16 days remaining that can be used later without losing value.
How do you handle larger or more complex requests?
Larger projects (websites, dashboards, full product UI, automation flows, etc.) are broken down into manageable sprints. You’ll receive meaningful updates every 24–48 hours until the entire request is complete.
What tools do you design and build in?
Design work is done primarily in Figma, while development may include Next.js, React, Webflow, Framer, or other modern frameworks depending on your subscription and needs.
What if I’m not satisfied with the design or output?
Are there any types of requests you don’t support?
Yes. We don’t handle 3D modeling, long-format print design (magazines, books), medical or government document formats, advanced packaging design, or Adobe InDesign-specific projects, Advanced animation, Custom graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our plans grant immediate access to premium creative resources, we don’t offer refunds for completed work. However, if you’re within your first week and haven’t used the service extensively, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
